The Team
Our Services team provides 24/7 servicing for hospitals, utilities, data centers and just about everything in-between. Our team is growing and we are seeking experienced Service Representatives to be based in Sydney where you will play a hands‐on role to perform a variety of field service tasks in support of a diverse range of expanding Customer assets.

This exciting new career opportunity will see you:
* Completing a variety of field service tasks across the Sydney area and broader NSW region
* Collaborating with other technical team members in the efficient coordination and execution of complex installations, preventative maintenance, repairs and other ad‐hoc tasks
* Commissioning, site testing, system upgrades and ad‐hoc troubleshooting
* Providing technical support and specialist advice to a broad Customer base
* Acting as a role model in relation to relevant HS&E requirements and adhere to other internal processes
* Documenting service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and inventory management
* Identifying new opportunities to expand service offerings that focus on Customer requirements
Our ideal candidate will possess:
* Certificate III Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
* Current Drivers License (we supply a Tool of Trade Vehicle!)
* Previous experience in a similar Field Service or Maintenance position
* Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when required
* A technical aptitude and a digital mindset that is engaged in new technologies
* Well‐developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem‐solver / trouble‐shooter
* Demonstrated commitment to all things HS&E and confident in identifying risks
* Those with Electrical Licence or Refrigeration Handling Licence will be viewed favourably
