Description

Becoming a Vital Piece of the Puzzle

You will join our ERP and Supply Chain Management sales team, selling Oracle's Cloud solutions that help businesses grow smarter and faster.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Establishing professional relationships with key personnel at assigned customers and prospects
* Leading account planning and strategy development
* Managing the end-to-end sales process through collaboration with pre-sales, consulting, and partner resources
* Defining value propositions for ERP, EPM, and SCM cloud offerings
* Understanding the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position Oracle solutions
* Pipeline development through phone calls, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge
* Building and maintaining a sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed goals
* Engaging with prospects to position Oracle solutions through strategic value-based selling
* Generating short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective
* Accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery


Required Skills/Experience

What You'll Bring to the Table

* Demonstrated 5-10 years of tenure in sales roles, with a proven track record of consistent closers
* Able to offer unique perspectives by reframing customer views of their business
* Skilled at driving two-way communication, clearly articulating value propositions
* Adept at developing deep knowledge of customer businesses and discussing issues from multiple angles
* Understand decision-making processes and have the ability to influence key decision-makers
* Experience selling high-end software solutions or consulting services to enterprise and mid-market companies
* C-level verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
* Experience closing deals with financial heads or supply chain leaders
