Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business stakeholder and business analysts to understand the requirement and business processes.
* Work with enterprise architects to develop the solution architecture
* Collaborate with external and internal system owner/architect to design the integration pattern for Appian with existing systems and databases
* Provide technical guidance and support to Appian developers.
* Experience in Appian performance assessment and resolution.
* Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions.
* Ensure the timely delivery of high‐quality solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements
* BPM Architect with minimum of 7+ years of Appian expertise and proven experience in designing and implementing Appian solutions, with a strong understanding of Appian architecture.
* A deep knowledge of Appian components including Process designing, SAIL, Rules, Security, and Integration.
* Strong database knowledge to design the data model and identify performance issues with existing designs (e.g., tables, stored procedures).
* Good understanding of Appian installation and maintenance for on‐premises and client‐managed cloud.
* Design, develop, and implement Appian applications, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‐technical audiences.
* Knowledge of Appian plug‐in development using Java.
* Appian certification is required.
