This leadership role is responsible for shaping and elevating Speech Pathology services while delivering high-quality care in one of Australia's most diverse hospital communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage strategic vision to lead the professional, clinical, and operational performance of the Speech Pathology service.
* Mobilize human, financial, and physical resources to achieve service goals.
* Oversight recruitment, orientation, supervision, and performance development for staff members.
* Develop, review, and implement policies, procedures, and clinical practice standards that promote excellence.
* Promote quality improvement, research, safety initiatives, and KPI monitoring across the service.
