**About the Role**:
- Provide quality customer service as the first point of contact for visitors to cultural facilities.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring a high standard of presentation and venue management.
- Assist with ticket and retail sales, cash handling, and balancing daily takings.
- Greet and welcome visitors, handle phone and face-to-face inquiries.
- Support event setups and provide assistance during events.
- Perform delegated administrative tasks.
- Contribute to business continuity and emergency management activities.
- The role requires the successful applicant to be able to sit & take calls continually all day, answering and resolving customer enquiries on restricted queues in a busy, supportive Contact Centre environment.

**About You**:
- Must have Contact Centre experience
- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage time and resources effectively.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team and contribute to team goals.
- Capacity to adapt to change, manage stress, and persist in achieving goals.
- Certificate II First Aid and RSA Certificate.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Current Victorian Driver's license.
