Claims Management Position
This is a professional opportunity for an experienced claims expert to provide end-to-end insurance claims management services to Local Government clients.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver timely and accurate work output on the claims management system.
* Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Respond efficiently to Council enquiries.
* Provide high-quality claims management services that meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven experience in managing complex insurance claims.
* An understanding of the fundamentals of Workers Compensation and Injury Management legislation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Self-motivation and excellent organisational abilities.
