The Role
You will speak with property owners who have requested help finding the right real estate agent. Your role is to understand their situation, qualify their readiness to sell, and guide them through the next steps.
Your responsibilities include:
* Qualify a property owner's intent and readiness to sell.
* Identify and assign the most suitable agents using sales data and performance history - we make this easy for you.
* Coordinating introductions and confirming agent acceptance.
* Managing follow-up through appraisal, listing and sale stages.
* Maintaining clear, accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records.
This is structured pipeline management with clear commercial accountability.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for a mature-minded, methodical, articulate professional, comfortable working autonomously.
You should demonstrate:
* A professional and confident phone manner.
* A minimum of 3 years telephone-based sales or service experience.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfort working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM systems.
* Proven ability to maintain productivity in a remote environment.
Real estate experience is advantageous but not essential.
