Essential
* Considerable experience operating Backhoe and/or Excavator with certificate equivalent to LB, LE Workcover licence
* Demonstrated ability to apply WHS and EEO principles
* Customer service focused
* Experience in general labouring work
* Manual handling skills
* Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
* OH&S General Induction for Construction Work Certificate
Desirable
* MR or HR Drivers licence
* Traffic Control Certificate
* Ability to operate plant and equipment associated with road construction/maintenance work
