Oscar Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Leader to oversee our Ballarat store and drive exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily operations of the Ballarat store, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency
* Lead and develop a team of sales and service staff, fostering a culture of positivity and proactive problem-solving
* Maintain high standards of customer care, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Oversee inventory management and stock control, optimising product availability
* Build strong relationships with customers and other businesses
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
* Foster a culture of positivity and proactive problem solving within the team
* Achieve sales targets and implement strategies to grow market share
* Facilitate training and guidance to new team members and current employees as needed
Requirements
* Proven experience in retail management (desirable)
* Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a diverse range of people to achieve individual and team goals.
* Excellent customer service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
* Business acumen and ability to drive sales growth through strategic decision-making and market awareness
* Strong computer literacy, with the ability to use business systems, reporting tools, and standard office software confidently
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse issues, make sound decisions, and implement effective solutions.
* Approach challenges with optimism and a solution-orientated mindset, demonstrating resilience and adaptability
* Proficiency in inventory management techniques and retail operations
