Our client, specializing in mining services are looking for a Training Administrator to join their team for an initial 3 month contract.
**Duties**
- Updating, maintaining, and cleansing data inclusive of employee training evidence, qualifications, and Competencies
- Coordinating and booking training requirements for all levels of the business as required.
- Ensuring accurate records management, registers and maintaining databases.
- Booking, managing and monitoring of all medicals, training and health surveillance
**Skills and Experience**
- Prior experience in a Training Administrator
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- LMS system experience is desirable
- Proven experience in Government Incentives or Apprenticeship
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy & Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Proactive and highly motivated
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
