Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in an administrative or similar role.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers and providing administrative support to our Production, Delivery, and Sales teams.
This includes balancing administrative duties with client management to provide an exceptional customer experience from initial order through to ongoing relationship.
Daily Tasks
* Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate feedback to relevant departments
* Ensure customer feedback is heard and acted upon
* Coordinate delivery instructions with drivers daily to ensure timely orders
* Manage and issue daily production plans for the production team
* Provide light administrative support to the wider team
