Do you have a passion for education? genU is looking for a **Coordinator/Trainer **to join the team
As the** Coordinator/Trainer** you are responsible for planning and delivering quality training programs in a professional and engaging manner. You will participate in the development of assessment strategies and tools, assess, moderate and report on student learning outcomes. You will conduct reviews to determine individual learning needs of our clients and assess learner competencies in classroom, workplace, and e-learning environments.
You will identify opportunities and help build the Training U For Work presence at a local and national level. You will also organise and coordinate trainers, venues, equipment, suppliers and supplies for the successful completion of courses.
**This is a full-time, ongoing role that includes a car allowance Based in Perth, WA.**
**About You**:
- Our ideal _**_Coordinator/Trainer_**_ will: _
- be an excellent communicator with high-level problem-solving skills
- have great organisation and time management skills
- have a proven ability to work autonomously
- have experience in the development and delivery of training programs and an understanding of units of competency and accredited training
- have demonstrated experience in delivering effective training programs and conducting assessments
- have demonstrated experience in the development of training material, including assessments, and learning material
- have a solid understanding of relevant quality and regulatory frameworks
- have strong administration or office management skills
- You will need:_
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Vocational competence in the relevant courses delivered by genU
- Occasional travel throughout the state and interstate
- Working with Children's check
- Current valid drivers' license and willingness to travel as required
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion or willing to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain
