* Build long-term relationships with industry leaders, sponsors, and partners
* Meet production KPIs and deadlines set by the General Manager

What You'll Bring

* Strong phone communication skills and confidence engaging senior business leaders
* Commercial awareness and the ability to articulate an event's value to sponsors and delegates
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
* A collaborative mindset—the ability to work well with sales, marketing, and operations teams
* A proactive, positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Experience at IQPC

* Structured training and clear career development pathways in a supportive environment
* A positive, driven, and genuinely collaborative team culture
* Opportunities to work directly with C-suite executives and leading brands across a wide range of industries
* Exposure to fast-evolving topics—from AI and digital transformation to sustainability, security, and more
* A flexible work environment that supports work–life balance
