Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Process Engineer role based in Dandenong South, VIC. The Process Engineer is part of the broader Engineering team and will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising our systems to meet the needs of our clients, with a particular focus on capability, capacity and quality.
Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams for the development and delivery of projects (P&ID's, PFD's, component selection), value engineering, resolving technical challenges, supporting the innovation pipeline, etc. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and adherence to engineering, safety and quality standards.
Experience & Qualifications
* Expertise in Process Design and Process Engineering to develop systems that meet client/stakeholder needs.
* Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate operational data and identify optimisation opportunities.
* Background in food or beverage manufacturing is highly desirable, with a focus on technical applications.
* Excellent communication, teamwork abilities, and project management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or a related discipline is required.
