**What you will be doing**:
- You are a guest obsessed leader, looking after Club Sofitel guests at every step of their journey. This exceptional service ensures that their hotel experience equates with what they expected from a Sofitel Brand and a Luxury Hotel.
- Lead and supervising the day to-day operation of the Club Lounge, to ensure service standards are followed with a friendly, genuine and engaging experience
- Create the ultimate personalised service for Club Sofitel guests, to guarantee the creation of memorable moments
- You are a well-organised and natural leader. You will drive hotel reputation scores by supporting Ambassadors with brand awareness and ongoing service improvement.
**Your experience and skills include**:
- Prior Experience as an Executive Club Manager, Front Office Manager or another similar role, within a luxury setting
- Your infections and positive personality make you an expert in the art of serving guests., but you are equipped to stay composed under pressure
- You create genuine and positive relationships
- Proficient with Windows. Opera or similar PMS literate. HotSOS experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, non-verbal and written. Knowledge of another language advantageous.
- Excellent personal presentation, taking pride in your appearance
- You are highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple demanding priorities
- You are a self-starter with the ability motivate self and Hotel Ambassadors to achieve goals, respond to guest requests and business volume quickly and efficiently.
- SA Responsible Service of Alcohol, First Aid Certificate and CPR, RP badge are an advantage
