About the Gig
We are looking for an experienced and reliable DJ in Adelaide to perform at a Christmas party. The ideal DJ will know how to read the room, keep the energy up, and play crowd-friendly, festive music suited for a Christmas celebration.
Light MC duties will be required, such as guest announcements and simple event cues.
Responsibilities
- DJ for the full duration of the event (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Play Christmas-themed and crowd-friendly music suitable for a mixed audience.
- Perform light MC duties, including guest announcements when required.
- Arrive on time for setup and sound check.
- Maintain a skilled and positive presence throughout the event.
Requirements
- Proven DJ experience (events, parties, or similar).
- Must supply your own DJ equipment and PA system.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong crowd-reading and music selection skills.
- Comfortable using a microphone for light MC duties.
- Must be available on Friday, 19 December.
- Must be based in or able to travel to Adelaide, SA.
Compensation
Pay: $500.00 - $1,200.00 per day
Expected hours: No more than 6 per week
