Administrator | Coordinator Projects We are currently working with a leading mining company who is looking to engage an Administrator | Coordinator Projects to join their team for an initial 6-month contract (with potential extension).
Start Date: ASAPRoster: Perth | 5/2 Monday to Friday About the Role: To support the Mobile Projects and Construction teams to manage approved mobile equipment replacement and growth projects in accordance with the Operation's Modifications & Small Projects portfolio and relevant processes, standards and performance targets for HSEC and Cost.This includes: Capital process for replacement and growth mobile equipment Coordinate and manage Master Data requests for new equipment procurement.
Disposal of surplus and replaced mobile equipment Relocation of mobile equipment Responsibilities: Demonstrate a commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development.
Ensure all incidents, near misses or hazards are reported and investigated.
Use established systems to recognise and control at risk behaviours and situations.
Provide constructive feedback to peers on a regular basis.
Assist the Superintendent Projects in identifying and implementing initiatives that contribute value to the business from a Projects perspective, ensuring compliance to the Change Management Procedure.
Manage and control mobile equipment registers.
Licensing support for sites, annual registration, deregistration, lost plates, traffic infringements Identify inefficiencies and work to remove such inefficiencies with the support of your Line Manager.
Requirements: Qualifications: Completion of secondary schooling Valid Australian C class driver's license Skills: A proven track record of safety management Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work pro-actively and with limited supervision, in line with nominated processes.
Familiarity with the application of management accounting principles.
Thorough working knowledge at an advanced level in the use of Excel for data analysis.
Ability to use project tools including MS Project and Primavera P6.
Sound working knowledge of SAP, or similar systems.
Knowledge of SAP planning principles.
Understanding of project management principles.
Experience: Worked in an operational environment (Production / Maintenance).
Demonstrated skills and experience in data analysis and investigation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborated with a small group of internal and external stakeholders on up to middle management level.
