What You Will Be Doing
You'll be providing administrative support across multiple business functions.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Raising purchase orders (SAP R3/S4)
* Processing goods receipting weekly
* Preparing vendor invoices and billing reports
* Managing payroll using SAP/Kronos
* Assisting with reporting and data entry
* General admin support as required
What You Will Need
* Cert III in Business Administration (highly desirable)
* 2+ years admin experience
* SAP experience (R3/S4 desirable)
* Kronos, G-Suite, or Ariba experience (desirable)
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* High attention to detail
* Clear communication skills
* Ability to prioritise and work independently
