Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff.
Support the Registered Nurse in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualised care plans.
Ensure clinical documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and reflects resident needs.
Monitor and maintain high standards of clinical care and compliance with relevant regulations.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the care team and with residents and their families.
Contribute to the ongoing professional development of staff through mentorship and education.
Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Assist with the management of resources and ensure efficient service delivery.
About You:
Current registration as a Enrolled Nurse with the AHPRA.
Demonstrated experience in an aged care setting.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
A commitment to person-centered care and a passion for working with older adults.
Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practice guidelines in aged care.
