We are seeking a highly organised, solutions-focused Executive Assistant to partner with our Managing Director, Peter Vines. What You'll Do
This is a pivotal role that will require you to be a confident, outspoken, and solutions-focused partner. You'll be Pete's "right hand," providing high-level executive support and ensuring his schedule, inbox, and tasks are flawlessly managed.
* Inbox & Diary Management: Triage and manage the MD's inbox and calendar, ensuring meetings, property campaigns, and client commitments are prioritised and seamlessly executed.
* Executive Support: Anticipate needs, prepare documents, and coordinate tasks to remove bottlenecks and keep campaigns moving forward.
* Travel & Logistics: Manage travel, itineraries, and key event planning.
* Team Co-Ordination & Performance Tracking: Play an active role in helping Pete manage his team — from coordinating onboarding of new sales staff to supporting the tracking of performance and ensuring accountability across the group.
* Campaign Management: Monitor and push through bottlenecks in property campaigns that Pete works on, using our established systems and VaultRE) to ensure progress is visible and issues are escalated promptly.
* Confidentiality: You'll maintain discretion and confidentiality with all sensitive property, client, and business information.
