Lead Finance for a Growing WA Tourism Group

About the Role
Reporting to our Co-CEOs, you'll take ownership of the finance function across a multi-entity group, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and clear commercial insights.
This is not a "sit back and review" role — we're looking for someone who will roll up their sleeves, improve systems, and help build a high-performing finance function.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead financial reporting across all entities (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
* Manage month-end, year-end, and end-to-end reconciliations
* Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and three-way financial models
* Provide clear variance analysis and commercial insights
* Oversee cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
* Manage statutory compliance, tax obligations, and reporting
* Prepare and manage bank covenant reporting
* Support investment decisions, financial modelling, and growth initiatives
* Improve finance systems, processes, and controls (Dynamics experience preferred)
* Partner with leadership to support decision-making across the business
About You
You're a technically strong, commercially minded finance professional who enjoys being both strategic and hands‐on.
* CA or CPA qualification
* 3–5+ years' experience in a Financial Controller or similar role
* Experience across:
o Budgeting & forecasting
o Variance analysis
o Internal controls
* Proven ability to deliver three-way forecasting
* Strong stakeholder and communication skills
* A practical, solutions-focused mindset
* Highly regarded:
o Experience in a family office, property, or hospitality environment
o Exposure to covenant reporting, investment analysis, or valuation modelling
o Experience with Microsoft Dynamics

Salary & Location
Market Salary + super (based on experience)
Work from home, must be based in the Greater Perth Area
