About The Role
As a People, Performance & Culture (PPC) Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with leaders across the Arrotex business to design and implement people strategies that enhance organisational capability, drive performance, and promote a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace. This role is integral to aligning people outcomes with DBG Health's strategic objectives and Arrotex's operational and regulatory requirements, while providing support to leaders during a period of sustained growth and transformation.
Role & Responsibilities
* Partner with leaders and managers to deliver end-to-end People, Performance & Culture support aligned to business and pharmaceutical industry objectives.
* Coach and enable leaders in performance management, engagement, workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational design.
* Provide trusted advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with industrial relations legislation and pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
* Analyse people metrics and trends to inform solutions that enhance performance, capability, and culture across the business.
* Support recruitment, remuneration advice, and talent decisions to attract and retain high-performing teams.
* Lead and contribute to PPC initiatives and projects that support organisational change, growth, and operational excellence.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or PPC role, ideally within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing or FMCG.
* Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations, and employee relations case management.
* Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and influence stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
* Experience supporting performance management, organisational change, and workforce planning initiatives.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and translate insights into practical solutions.
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
