As we move into another growth phase a fantastic opportunity has become available for a superstar Customer Service Officer. The position will be based from our facility on the Sunshine Coast (Warana), with the opportunity to travel to other Link Resources facilities and client sites occasionally.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction which directly contributes to the revenue growth. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and drive sales in alignment with the company’s goals. You’ll work closely with the Sales Team to maintain strong client relationships, manage inquiries, and help ensure the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring all their inquiries are handled professionally and promptly.
* Sales Focused Support: Proactively identify sales opportunities and cross-sell or upsell our services/products based on clients’ needs.
* Customer Service Excellence: Address client queries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
* Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting new products and services.
* Safety & Compliance to RTO Standards: Uphold the highest standard of professionalism and ethical conduct.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate client records and ensure the CRM system is updated with interactions, sales leads, and follow-ups.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in customer service or sales, ideally in a client-facing role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Sales-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering value to clients.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Previous experience in an RTO and or Heavy Industries is a plus.
