The Opportunity
Lindian Resources Limited (ASX: LIN) is an Australian mining company developing the Kangankunde Rare Earths Project in Malawi, one of the world's premier rare earths deposits. As the Company progresses through construction and prepares for operations, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Perth corporate team.
The Role
The HR Manager
is a broad and hands-on role responsible for delivering core people, remuneration and organisational capability functions across the Company. The position covers HR services, remuneration and reporting, contract administration, onboarding, performance management, travel coordination and workforce compliance. You will work closely with senior leadership to build workforce capability, enhance business processes and support strong operational performance across both Perth and Malawi teams.

Key Deliverables:
Talent Acquisition
* Administer employment contracts and coordinate efficient, compliant onboarding for all personnel.
* Manage travel bookings and logistics for corporate and site personnel in line with company procedures.
* Coordinate visas, work permits and compliance requirements for international travel and expatriate assignments.
* Develop and implement workforce planning, organisational capability and talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
Employment Relations
* Manage performance systems, employee review processes and associated documentation.
* Build and maintain effective relationships across corporate, site and external service providers to support business outcomes.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures related to industrial relations, ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws.
Continuous Improvement
* Lead, manage and continuously improve HR services, frameworks and processes across the organisation.
* Oversee remuneration processes, including remuneration reporting, benchmarking, payroll verification and annual review cycles.
* Provide accurate, timely reports and recommendations to the Executive Chairman, management team and site leadership.
* Lead and contribute to corporate improvement projects focused on systems, processes and organisational performance.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Educational Qualifications – Essential
* Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, business or a related discipline; or equivalent experience.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Relevant (5+ years) experience in HR management within the mining, resources or major project environment.
* Experience in international human resources management, particularly in African jurisdictions and familiarity with international employment laws will be highly advantageous.
* Strong capability in workforce planning, organisational development and supporting business change.
* Demonstrated experience managing remuneration frameworks, payroll interfaces and compliance reporting.
* Competence across HR systems, policies and the full employee lifecycle.
* Proven experience in contract administration, onboarding programs and performance management processes.
* Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all levels.
* Strong analytical capability, sound judgement and high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements and visa/work permit requirements is desirable.
* Ability to coordinate, monitor and evaluate corporate projects to achieve agreed outcomes.
