What You'll Be Doing
* Act as a highly competent HR Generalist, supporting site operations with strategic and hands-on HR guidance
* Lead and manage end-to-end investigations, ensuring procedural fairness and timely resolution
* Drive performance management initiatives, partnering with leaders to build capability and accountability
* Provide expert advice on IR/ER matters, navigating complex workplace scenarios with confidence
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the business
* Coach and mentor site leaders, fostering a culture of Leader-led engagement and ownership
* Assist with the implementation of a robust Respect at Work framework, aligned with current reforms and best practice
What You Bring
* Proven experience in FIFO HR advisory role
* Strong working knowledge of industrial and employee relations
* Demonstrated ability to conduct workplace investigations independently
* Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
* Familiarity with the Respect at Work reforms and capability to lead cultural change initiatives
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to influence and lead
