You will be responsible for establishing the store, hiring and training your team and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a calm, supportive, and approachable leader who can inspire a team, while having an interest or knowledge in rural, country, or lifestyle products.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all aspects of the new store operations
* Hire, train, and develop a motivated, high-performing team
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brand
* Oversee store setup, stock, and merchandising ahead of opening
What we're looking for:
* Experienced Store Manager with strong operational and people leadership skills
* Confident, calm, and supportive leader with a bubbly and approachable presence
* Interest or knowledge in rural, country, or lifestyle products will be highly regarded
* Comfortable building a team from scratch and establishing store systems
* Strong confidence with technology, rostering, and training
