This role involves liaising with vendors and buyers, database entry, auction and open home preparation, and communication with solicitors throughout the settlement process.
Key Requirements:
* Current QLD Real Estate Registration is mandatory
* Prior Real Estate experience is essential
* Excellent presentation and professional manner
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
* High level of communication and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
