Position Summary
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Brisbane, responsible for executing account management strategies, transacting contract renewals, and maintaining relationships with customers across Geobank, Origin, and Beyond.
Key Responsibilities
* Transacting contract renewals in line with Micromine's global framework and processes.
* Preparing business plans to identify potential areas for commercial growth and risk.
* Presenting and up‐selling Micromine solutions to existing accounts within the APAC region.
* Engaging with senior client contacts, including C‐Level, to steer conversations toward sales.
Qualifications
* Mining industry experience (desirable).
* Proven background in sales or experience working with sales and/or account management teams.
* Knowledge of Micromine products and services (desirable).
* Relevant sales methodology training (desirable).
* Customer service or telephone selling skills (desirable).
* Familiarity with Netsuite (desirable).
