Founded by The Sisters of Charity in 1857, our +30,000 healthcare superheroes operate public and private hospitals, residential aged care, community and virtual care, and outreach programs.
About The Role
* Administration- providing administration and customer service for the facility
* Supporting of admin and coordination of consulting suites
* Receives welcomes and directs enquiries of patients, staff, VMO's, Allied Health etc.
* Support patients about their admission and ensure patients are aware of their rights responsibilities etc.
* Maintain accurate records to respond to enquiries
* Collating information and assisting with paperwork
* Full time rotating roster from 6am to 6pm and varied shifts (up to 10 hrs)
About You
* Prior experience in a busy office doing back office support and or administration background
* Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
* Balance multiple priorities, work to deadlines and respond in a flexible manner to work requirements
* Ability to work in a fast paced work environment whilst maintaining accuracy.

About The Hospital
In this role you will be based at St Vincent’s Private Community Hospital Griffith.
* A modern medical & surgical facility, 20 patient beds, 3 state of the art operating theatres
* Established to provide access to excellent health services closer to home for the community
* Over 65 local employees, providing compassionate & professional care for our patients & their families
* Onsite is the great Murrumbidgee Clinical Teaching and Learning Centre, an education facility that develops the next generation of medical staff in our region
