About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting end-to-end recruitment processes across various business areas.
You will work closely with our HR team to ensure that recruitment activities are compliant with relevant legislation and aligned with agency workforce strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and merit-based selection
* Drafting and reviewing job advertisements, selection documentation, and candidate communications
* Providing advice on APS recruitment policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
* Supporting bulk recruitment rounds and talent pools
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and external candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience
* Maintaining accurate records and using eRecruitment systems
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Previous experience in APS recruitment processes and understanding of merit-based selection
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency in recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
* A current Baseline security clearance or the ability to obtain one (highly desirable)
