Graduate Lawyer role offering hands-on experience across property, wills, litigation, and family law at a client-focused firm in Ramsgate Beach.
Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
* Assist with conveyancing transactions from start to finish including preparing contracts for sale, ordering property searches, drafting correspondence, coordinating settlements, and liaising with clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other legal professionals.
* Assist with Wills and Estate matters, including drafting wills, enduring power of attorney and enduring guardianship documents, and preparing probate and estate documentation.
* Draft and review commercial and retail leases.
* Provide exemplary customer service and support to clients and referral partners.
* Contribute to firm culture and your own professional development.
* Work closely with the Principal across multiple areas of law including property law, wills & estates, litigation, and family law.
About You
The company is looking for:
* A recent law graduate or admitted solicitor (0–1 year PQE).
* A clear, plain-English communicator who can build rapport with clients.
* Outstanding attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Eager to learn, proactive, and open to feedback.
* Ability to work under pressure when required.
* Familiarity with LEAP and PEXA is ideal but not essential.

Compensation & Benefits
* Salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year.
