A great team and cutting edge technology What You’ll Be Doing • Install and commission public address, emergency warning, and hearing augmentation systems • Maintain, service, and upgrade integrated AV/PA setups across diverse sites • Troubleshoot system faults and carry out diagnostics in the field • Program and configure audio systems (using major platforms from leading global brands) • Work from schematics, tech drawings, and client documentation • Operate safely in varied site conditions, including confined spaces and heights • Support clients with system walkthroughs and basic user training What You’ll Bring • Ideally a Certificate III or IV in Electronics, Communications, or equivalent trade • Experience with PA or AV installations and servicing in commercial or critical environments • Knowledge of signal flow, cabling best practices, and basic network infrastructure • Familiarity with major Audio / AV/PA system brands (e.g., industry-standard platforms) • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving ability • Good communication skills and professional presentation • White Card and EWP license highly regarded • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed Why This Role? • Career Progression - This is a role highlighted to progress to Team Lead Role! • Work on high-impact projects across a range of industries • Hands-on with advanced AV technologies and real-world applications • Supportive, knowledgeable team culture focused on growth • Real opportunity to upskill and build a lasting career in the Audio / Critical Communications sector Location: Brisbane-based, with varied site work across metro and regional QLD
