My story …
I’ve worked in jobs where I gave 100% but often went home feeling unappreciated. I got little thanks for what I did or feedback on how well I did it. There was little or no communication. The boss never got the team together to see how we could improve the company. He didn’t have time to listen to my ideas so eventually I gave up. There didn’t seem to be any opportunity to grow or move up. There was no training on new products and systems. I just slogged away doing the same thing day after day.
Changing jobs and earning more money was an option but I realised I wanted more than just a pay check.

• Registered Australian electrical licence
• Experience in residential & commercial installations and fault finding
• Interest in learning about solar & battery installations
• A clean full Driver’s Licence
• Ability to work unsupervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices
• Honesty and trustworthiness
• Pride in your work and going the extra mile
• Great people skills
