Continuous Improvement Lead Position
We are seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Lead to join our dynamic Operations team in Cobram. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our manufacturing processes by driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will support the implementation of LEAN and other best practice methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. You will lead strategic improvement initiatives, analyze plant performance, and drive impactful change across our operations.
Your responsibilities will include leading and facilitating key improvement projects and pipeline activities, analyzing plant performance data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities, monitoring and reporting on project progress, and championing a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the site.
To be successful in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in Dairy Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. Additionally, you must have proven experience in planning and implementing improvement programs, strong analytical skills with experience in financial and technical analysis, expertise in LEAN/Continuous Improvement methodologies, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI and SAP knowledge is a plus.
You will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, which will enable you to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business results.
