We are dedicated to providing a supportive and intensive induction program for our Early Childhood Teachers, helping them settle into their roles.
* Our 3-month program offers continued support and training, allowing time off the floor to collaborate, learn, and grow professionally
* Each new teacher is assigned an ECT Buddy for an extra layer of support as they settle in
* We also host Community Connection Sessions for networking with other ECTs, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners

To be successful, applicants must hold:
* An ACECQA-approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, or Masters in Teaching (Early Childhood)
o Alternatively, working towards the above qualification
* A current Working with Children Check
