About the Role
The Seafreight Warehouse / Cross‐Docking Operations Manager ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations, driving operational excellence and optimizing resource use. This role leads cross‐functional teams to achieve company objectives, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics.
* Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
* Manage cross‐functional teams and coordinate with other departments.
* Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who is a proactive leader, strong communicator, and has a passion for continuous improvement. Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is required.
