Job Title: Barista
We are seeking a skilled and experienced barista to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee to Allens staff in our in-house café.
* Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the coffee machine and kitchen through regular cleaning and upkeep.
* Manage all aspects of coffee service, including stocking of milks and other supplies.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to Allens employees and build relationships with staff.
* Support the team by assisting with dishwashing and general kitchen cleanliness.
* Train new staff as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous barista experience and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
* The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment.
* Experience working as part of a team providing excellent service to a range of customers.
* A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others.
