Occupational Therapist | Aged Care | Albany & Mount Barker

You'll work autonomously and collaborate with a local physio, and check in with the Perth team as required.

* Community/home care role within aged care across the Albany region
* Bases in Albany and Mount Barker — drop in for admin/notes; laptop provided
* Company cars available for community visits
* Work alongside an onsite Physiotherapist ; remote check‑ins with the Perth team

Our client is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver home care services within aged care across the greater Albany area. You'll start each day from the Albany base, then travel to clients' homes. You can also utilise the Mount Barker base as needed for documentation, team touchpoints and equipment—a laptop is included .

This role suits an OT who thrives on autonomy, is confident making clinical decisions in the community, and is comfortable with a high level of driving to reach clients across the region. You'll collaborate with a Physiotherapist locally and can check in with Perth‑based colleagues for support when needed.


What's on Offer

* Pay rate: $42 – $55 per hour
* Salary option also available: $80,000 – $110,000 + Super
* Full‑time, long‑term role (open to part‑time for the right candidate)
* Company cars for community travel + laptop provided
* Mixed home care (aged care) caseload : functional & cognitive assessments, home/environmental assessments, equipment prescription, falls prevention, reablement programmes, and care plan reviews
* Professional connection with broader multidisciplinary team; Perth‑based check‑ins available

Requirements

* Degree in Occupational Therapy + current AHPRA registration
* National Police Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Valid driver's licence and comfort with frequent regional driving
* Experience within aged care above 2 years
