This hands-on opportunity puts you in the driver's seat-maintaining vital fleet vehicles and equipment that keep the region moving. You'll earn while you learn, working toward your Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical, backed by expert mentoring, a supportive team, and a clear pathway to long-term success. What You'll Be Doing Help maintain and repair council vehicles, plant, and equipment Carry out routine checks, oil changes, filter replacements, and safety inspections under supervision Help track service schedules, parts usage, and maintenance logs using council systems Keep tools, equipment, and workspaces clean, safe, and organized Work closely with qualified mechanics, supervisors, and depot staff Is This You?
