The Role
As a key member of our team, you will be the face of our brand. You will create memorable experiences for our guests through engaging, educational tastings, while actively driving wine sales and club memberships.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting high-quality, informative wine tastings for visitors.
* Driving retail sales and promoting our exclusive Wine Club.
* Assisting with day-to-day operations, including merchandising, restocking, and building and infrastructure maintenance.
* Processing sales via POS systems and managing wine dispatch.
* Supporting events, including on premise tastings and functions.
About You
* Passionate: A genuine love for wine and a desire to share that knowledge and a desire to continue to learn and develop this knowledge base.
* Experienced: Previous experience in wine, hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
* Personable: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse guests.
* Organized: Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or within a team.
* Adaptability: As a small business we all pitch in where needed in the business.

Key Requirements:
* RSA: Essential.
* Weekend Availability.
* Experience: Previous hospitality or wine sales experience preferred.
* Skills: Strong communication, sales-focused, and knowledge of POS systems.
