The exciting opportunity:
* Clinical management of a 100 bed facility that provides residential aged care and Transitional Care Program (TCP)
* Manage, provide clinical leadership, advice, education and support to Nurses and Carers
* Ensure the facility delivers high quality care that is compliant with legislation and accreditation requirements
* Complete clinical data audits, conduct trend analysis and deliver reports
* Identify areas for continuous improvement and develop and implement action plans to address gaps
* Provide exceptional customer service by building productive relationships with residents and their relatives, and addressing any concerns or complaints

About you:
* Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* 5 + Years experience in a Care Manager or Clinical Nurse Manager role within aged care
* Confident leader who provides education and mentoring, role models behaviours, and creates a collaborative culture
* Experienced with accreditation and preparing for accreditation
* Develops productive relationships with clients and families and delivers fantastic customer service
* Resilient, motivated, organised, and remains calm whilst working in a fast paced environment
