About the Reception Role
* Answer phone calls and manage patient scheduling.
* Process payments, accounts and health fund claims.
* Open and/or close the clinic when required.
* Check emails and action or refer to the relevant personnel.
* Maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
* Support business initiatives.
* Work collaboratively as a positive team member.
You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a vital role in supporting both clients and clinicians.
