We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Support team member to join our busy operations team. This is a hands‐on role combining customer order processing, transport coordination, and warehouse support within a fast‐paced logistics environment.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, your primary focus will be coordinating customer orders and transport bookings while supporting warehouse operations as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Coordinate and book transport for outgoing deliveries
* Receipt and record incoming stock into inventory systems
* Liaise with customers, transport providers, and internal teams
* Maintain accurate inventory and operational recordsAssist with picking, packing, dispatch, and general warehouse duties as required
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
* Support continuous improvement in warehouse and operational processes
About You
* Previous experience in logistics, warehouse administration, transport coordination, or operations support
* Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
* Good computer skills and experience using inventory or warehouse management systems
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* A reliable work ethic and positive team attitude
* Commitment to workplace safety and safe manual handling practices
* Current forklift licence and forklift experience (desirable)
* Physical capability to assist with warehouse tasks and manual handling when required
