Job Description
Reporting into the Payroll Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Payroll admin and data entry
* Entering timesheets
* End-to-end payroll processing on a weekly basis
* Managing onboarding and offboarding, leave entitlements, terminations, redundancies, payroll tax, superannuation, etc.
* Ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Manual project allocation based on timesheet submissions
* Interpret and apply relevant awards and ERPs
* Managing payroll-related queries and resolving any discrepancies
* Other ad hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a payroll admin, assistant, or officer position. They will be tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up new software. Most importantly, they will be resilient, reliable, and collaborative, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a continuously evolving environment.
