The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales and Quality Manager to join our team. You will focus on developing new business with existing clients, identify new sales opportunities, and ensure the highest standards of product quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth through customer engagement and strategic planning.
* Maintain and optimize quality management systems to ensure product excellence.
* Manage customer expectations and find suitable solutions.
* Be a team player, fostering collaboration and alignment with company objectives.
* Ensure accurate reporting on sales performance, client interactions, and achievement of revenue and profit targets.
About You
* Proven experience in sales and account management, ideally within the premixed concrete industry.
* Strong technical knowledge of concrete and civil construction, with relevant qualifications.
* Proficient in CRM and ERP systems with excellent communication skills.
* Highly organized, able to multitask, and driven to achieve targets.
