Responsibilities
Engineering
– This role is for an enthusiastic engineer that wants to expand their knowledge in civil design infrastructure projects, maintaining involvement from the bid stage through to design and ultimate successful project delivery.
Supporting development
– work with a team of civil engineers, designers and drafters to contribute to the design and construction of civil infrastructure across a broad range of private and government projects.
Client facing
– be supported to grow into a client leader role where you will be encouraged to both grow your network and deliver innovative solutions to best fit a client's needs.
Personal growth
– grow your technical skills and leadership abilities within the team with guidance from the large Aurecon support network.
Collaborating across disciplines
– work closely with a range of engineers across Aurecon to explore creative and efficient solutions to project needs.
Providing insights with care
– share thoughts, ideas and opinions within a in a team that supports confident, inclusive decision-making and collaboration.
What you'll bring
Civil design experience across stormwater, pavements, and earthworks.
Design management experience, or experience managing multidisciplinary design tasks
Capabilities with Revit, 12D, Civil 3D and CAD advantageous
Strong communication skills, with the ability to write clear, structured reports and engage effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
3-5 years' experience in industry preferable
