As an Assistant Store Manager (internally known as Inventory Manager), you’ll lead a team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimising shrinkage to maximise store profitability.
Ideal candidates should have:
Retail management experience.
Solid understanding of inventory control.
The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
