Overview
CraneCorp Australia is seeking an organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to play a key role in coordinating operations, scheduling resources, and supporting client delivery across our crane and hire services. Logistics isn't a support function – it's the engine that keeps our cranes moving, our people safe, and our projects delivering.
This role is based at our Henderson (WA) head office and sits right at the centre of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and dispatch operators, drivers, riggers, and equipment
* Create and manage job orders, dockets, timesheets, and purchase orders
* Maintain daily schedules and accurate data across systems
* Liaise with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders
* Support lift planning, site requirements, and compliance documentation
* Provide client liaison, including occasional after‐hours support
About You
* Experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations coordination (hire/crane industry preferred)
* Strong ERP/system experience and Microsoft Excel skills
* High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proactive, reliable, and solutions‐focused
* Qualifications in Supply Chain Operations or Logistics (preferred)
