As the Operations Maintenance Coordinator you will be the vital link between Operations and Maintenance within the Movements Asset team. You will own the maintenance schedule ensuring that tasks are prioritised and executed efficiently with a strong focus on safety reliability and preventative maintenance. You will :
Coordinate maintenance tasks that have been entered into JDE and develop a robust schedule for execution.
Prioritise work based with a strong emphasis on safety and operational impact.
Liaise with Maintenance Planners to ensure timely planning scheduling and execution of works.
Maintain strong relationships between Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure alignment and execution of scheduled tasks.
Drive improvement in reliability through focusing on preventative maintenance and proactive planning.
Ensure asset integrity and operational reliability by considering environmental safety and operational factors in decision-making.
Success in this Role Means :
High attainment of planned maintenance schedules.
Improved equipment reliability.
Reduced Work order backlogs.
Strong collaboration between Operations and Maintenance.
A proactive approach to maintenance execution.
Qualifications : About you
Technical understanding of process and plant operations.
Solid grasp of maintenance planning and scheduling principles.
Experience in Oil & Gas or similar industrial / food manufacturing environments.
Exposure to Major Hazard Facilities (MHF) is highly desirable.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable being hands-on and visible on site.
