CO-architecture
Admin Assistant
Posted: 19 November
Offer description

CO-architecture is the fastest-growing platform for architects, designers, and studios. We connect members with opportunities while building a supportive community that helps practices grow.

We’re at an exciting stage of growth and looking for someone who can champion both our members (architects & designers) and our clients (homeowners & businesses).

The Role

As Member & Design Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for both sides of our marketplace. Your job is to make sure we create value for our members, and clients feel supported from start to finish.

You’ll manage relationships, guide people through our process, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Think of yourself as the trusted advisor who helps architects grow their practice, and helps clients find the right designer.

What You’ll Do

- Member success: Onboard new members, keep profiles sharp, track engagement, and prevent churn with proactive check-ins.
- Client calls: Run discovery calls with homeowners
- Community engagement: Support members in making the most of our platform, events, and accelerator programs.
- Operations: Maintain clean pipelines and CRM, report on retention and growth metrics, and flag opportunities to the team.
- Feedback loop: Spot member/client pain points and feed insights back into product, marketing, and sales.

What Success Looks Like

- Members renew because they feel supported and see value.
- Clients choose CO-architecture as their first port of call for projects.
- Calls and follow-ups are consistent, reliable, and high quality.
- Data and pipelines are tidy, with no missed opportunities.
- You become the voice of our community and the glue that keeps things running.

What You Bring

- Experience in customer success, client services, or community management (ideally in creative industries, SaaS, or membership-based platforms).
- Strong communication skills: clear, personable, and confident on calls.
- Ability to juggle details (projects, members, pipelines) without dropping the ball.
- Interest in design, architecture, or creative industries (nice to have, but we’ll teach you the rest).
- Tech-friendly: comfortable with tools (or fast learner).
- Startup and Growth Mindset, flexible and adaptable, looking to grow and shape the role and business.

Why Join Us

Be part of a fast-growing, design-led company redefining how people and projects connect.

Work directly with the founders and shape how our members and clients experience CO-architecture.

Adaptable work environment with room to grow as we scale.
